  1. In the case of support requests for purchased modules, it is MANDATORY to enter the ORDER ID CODE or the invoice number. The order ID code is alphanumeric (ex: LOBGLDPEB) and is visible in the order confirmation email.

  2. Free module support period is 3 months from purchase. Check your order's date. If the included assistance period has expired, it will be necessary to purchase the ZEN option to renew it.
